Good news! The issue has been fixed. We have AC throughout the building again. Huge thank you to Mr Didion and the electricians for working extra hours and coming in very early today to get us AC again. Also thank you to Mr Justin Wisdom for helping us find an electrician crew on short notice just before a holiday weekend.

Good news! The issue has been fixed and we have active AC across the building. It will still take a few hours to get back to normal temps across the building but you should notice a big difference already. We will still go on as scheduled with a rosary as we have something to be thankful for today!

Football fundraiser tickets are due this week. Those that have their required 10 tickets sold and returned by 3:00 on Thursday will be entered into the $200 fast cash raffle. For tickets to be eligible for all 18 weeks of the season, they must be turned in by 3:30 Friday.

Building Update: Friday’s power outage caused some damage to our electrical system, specifically a pump that helps run part of the school’s AC. Mr. Didion and an electrical crew worked until 9:00 Friday night making repairs, but needed parts that were unavailable over the holiday weekend. The crew will return Tuesday at 6:00 AM, and we are optimistic repairs will be completed Tuesday morning. We do have AC in parts of the building and throughout the gym, but some areas will be warm Tuesday morning. We recommend that students leave the hoodies at home. We have plans to move groups to parts of the building with AC throughout the day to help. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

No School Monday in observance of Labor Day. Reminder to keep selling your football fundraiser tickets. Tickets need to be turned in with money by Thursday next week to be included in the $200 raffle that afternoon.

The fobs have power again. But we do not have AC, WiFi or phones. You are welcome to come to the building as needed and use the main entrance but without WiFi not much work can be done.

Due to downed power lines and a blown transformer near Trinity, we have no power and will not have power for most of the day. School will be closed today.

Continue to bring in your sold football fundraiser tickets with money. If you need additional tickets to reach a free day off or other incentives, please call the office or have your student request them. Thank you!

Continue to sell the football fundraiser tickets. Please send back sold tickets with money so we can enter those tickets and names into the database. With almost 5000 tickets it takes some time to enter all the information.

With the recent downpour, you may want to bring a towel for the bleachers if you are coming to the football game.

We hope to see everyone at the volleyball games starting at 4:30pm with Varsity followed by 7th grade A and B games. Then starting at 6:30pm we have a Varsity only football game at Hunts Park. A few reminders, please do not park at the Girls Inc parking lot, no one is allowed on the baseball field portion this year and all students should be picked up within 15 minutes of the end of the game. A text will be sent as a reminder shortly before the end of the game. The football game will not have a card reader so cash will be required for admission and concessions this week. Thank you and we hope to see you at the games supporting your students and their hard work.

If you have sold football fundraiser tickets and money, please begin sending that back into school so we can enter those tickets into the database. Just a reminder that this is our only required fundraiser of the year. Each student must sell a minimum of 10 tickets. Over 20 students have sold over 30 and earned their free day off later this year. Thank you

Two Friday reminders: 1)EFA funds and invoices have been added to ClassWallet. Please make sure to login and pay tuition. 2)Football fundraiser ticket sales are going great! If you need more tickets to reach a goal for incentives, please let the office know. We have about 200 tickets left to send home to be sold.

EFA funds have been distributed in ClassWallet accounts. Quarter 1 invoices have been sent. Tuition for quarter 1 is due by Friday, Aug 28th or a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. If you need assistance please call the office. Thank you!
